The Cyber Arena Solution

I have a question! Group of young people

Why do we need it?

Today’s cybercrime threat landscape continues to evolve to unprecedented levels perhaps best demonstrated by the release earlier this year of over 25 billion compromised emails and passwords.

This evolution has driven a significant change of focus by cyber criminal entities – from the network to the human.

People are now the primary focus.

Some organisations have made efforts to keep their people informed using a variety of mediums including; online learning modules, newsletters, presentations, posters, simulators and numerous other methods to make people more aware of cyber threats.  However, this focus has tended to be on the workplace, not the home and family life of the employee.

Whilst these elements are an important part of any cyber security training and awareness strategy, they have been found to be less effective in bringing about cultural change and building personal and organisational resilience.

They’re compulsory, they’re boring, they lack stimulation, they don’t engage and sadly, they’re simply not memorable.

People seek experiences that are personal and real. People want cognitive yet fun experiences. People like to work as teams and share stories. They also like to understand why cyber security is important and what it means socially.

The traditional approaches are not working!

The number of successful cyber attacks against individuals and organisations continue to grow!

Cyber Security Exec Prep

Do your Executives, Owners, Board Members, Managers, Senior Leadership and Crisis Management Team need to know more about the cyber threat actors, techniques used and their objectives specific to your business?

Do they need to understand it from a business context whilst also providing enough information so that they can be prepared to respond to the media, regulators, partners, customers, employees, shareholders and all other stakeholders?

Do they want to be prepared for cyber security incident and respond in a manner that reduces damage to the organisation?

Our Exec Cyber Prep takes 4 to 5 hours and covers practical exercises as well as important theory and goes through four real life case studies  in an interactive manner about organisations that suffered a data breach (the good, the bad, the really bad and the ugly). We provide some tools as takeaways and leave the team ready for a cyber security crisis drill or a real event. There’s even a report showing a threatscape and key recommendations provide post event.
